The Micallef Black is the heavyweight in the brand's Color Series — a Mexican San Andrés Maduro-wrapped cigar built for the smoker who wants real depth from the first inch. Underneath the dark, oily wrapper sits an Ecuadorian Habano binder and a Nicaraguan filler core, hand-rolled at Micallef's Estelí factory in partnership with the Gómez-Sánchez family.

The flavor opens with rich espresso and dark cocoa, joined by a clean black pepper bite and a steady current of earth. Through the middle third, leather and a subtle char emerge from the maduro fermentation, with the body building noticeably as the cigar progresses.
