Micallef - Green

The Micallef Green marks the return of a Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper to the brand's lineup — a leaf prized for its earthy depth and subtle rosado tint, paired here with a San Andrés Negro binder and a Nicaraguan filler core. It's a Color Series expression that leans into terroir rather than wrapper showmanship.

The flavor opens with dark cocoa and toasted earth at the front, layered with a faint molasses sweetness running underneath the smoke. Through the middle third, the Mata Fina's character deepens — subtle spice, baking-spice warmth, and a confident woody backbone — with the San Andrés binder adding a clean dark-cocoa note on the retrohale. The finish is balanced and steady, with the body holding firm through the final inch.

Green lands at medium-plus in body and strength — a well-balanced smoke for the patient palate. Pair with coffee, bourbon, or a long evening, and let the Brazilian wrapper do its slow work.
